The BCCWID Drought Contingency Plan begins on page 6 of the "Community Water System SYSTEM WATER PLAN" filed with the Arizona Depeartment of Water Resources - ADEQ. The report also includes a lot of other very pertinent details about our community water system and is highly recommended reading for those who have time.
BCCWID is currently at Stage 1 - Noticeable drop in water level in wells.
