BCCWID Launches Paystar Online Bill-Pay

On February 20th, five days ahead of schedule, the BCCWID Board and Office Management team was able to provide a new service that customers have been wanting for a avery long time... Online Bill-Pay. The work on this project began shortly after the newly elected Board of Clayton, Reylek and Strizak were seated on January 1st, 2025. A lot of work went into implementing the new Paystar Online Bill-Pay services and integrating it with the BCCWID accounting and billing software. Computers had to be upgraded, and a new website had to be set up and built. Office management had to learn a lot of new software technology. This was a perfect example of great teamwork and determination, in just under two months, mission accomlished!

As we were making ready for the new service, we were referred to Paystar by our new webhost Rural Water Impact whose services we are very well pleased with, so we reached out to them. Deciding to chose them was a no brainer, and the board voted unanimously in favor of implementing their services. You can now access the new Paystar Online Bill-Pay payment portal just to make a one time payment, or set-up an account to take advantage of the many other payment options offered by Paystar. You can choose to set-up recurring payments via Auto Bill-Pay, deposit funds, check balances, review billing, trasition to paperless billing and more.

Along with this great new convenience, and as neccessary to getting it, we stepped up our office technology and security game as the Board recently approved the hiring of a highly recommended Arizona Internet Technology company. NAIT - Northern Arizona Internet Technology provides 24/7 365 internet security and operating systems support for water companies and districts throughout Arizona. The BCCWID now has top notch up to date office equipment and technology to carry us well into the future. Stay tuned for more news and updates coming to you here as we continue working to build a better and improved BCCWID for future generations.
